I got my car towed by Chandler because my new windshield did not have a permit on it yet. Despite my apartment complex being inconsiderate and stubborn, Ashley at Chandler towing saw the situation and was very understanding and pleasant. I highly recommend!

I had a very distressing experience with this towing company. My vehicle was towed along with several others from an apartment complex where my daughter lives, and I believe the tow was improper. Their posted sign stated they would open at 10:30 AM on Saturday. I arrived after 10:30 AM, and the office was still closed close to 11:00 AM. I called multiple times before anyone answered. When someone finally did answer, the employee laughed at me on the phone, was dismissive, and spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner despite the stressful situation I was in. When the employee arrived on site, she drove into the parking lot at a high rate of speed, nearly striking two young girls who had to move quickly out of the way. She exited her vehicle yelling, pointing in people’s faces, and behaving in an aggressive and confrontational manner toward multiple customers who were waiting for their vehicles. At one point, she threatened to withhold release of my vehicle due to my frustration with the situation, which felt inappropriate and retaliatory. The entire interaction was handled in an unprofessional and unsafe way. I am extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled and would caution others to be aware of the conduct and practices of this company.

They have a weird deal with the apartment complexes college kids live in. Over two hundred dollars to get my car back. The “people” that work there are so rude as if they aren’t the ones over charging.
