They did an amazing job, don't get me wrong. Was always patient but now my phone won't work without WiFi and won't let me call anyone. I'm not sure what happened but it just won't let me call anyone or use my phone without WiFi. When It used to work perfectly fine.

I purchased a new X2 battery (premium AGM $350-$400) in Jan 2025, it lasted 11 months. I found my truck was dead on Christmas morning, came to the store on the 26th. I was told they would need to charge the battery and then perform testing. They had it 5 days before calling me and saying it was "all good" and ready to be picked up. Keep in mind I had to purchase another $400 battery in the interm so I could drive the vehicle. I picked up my battery on New Year's Eve and returned the battery I had to purchase. I reinstalled the battery and on New Year's Day my truck was dead again! I told the staff I was very skeptical considering that the battery was testing in the 10v range and that was indicative of a dead battery. I am beyond pissed! I spent $400 for a premium battery that lasted 11 months and they think it is totally acceptable to hold onto it for 5 days. I will spend as much time as I need to to tell people to stay away from batteries plus! Do the right thing batteries plus, if you believe in your product then refund my money and allow me to buy a battery that won't leave me stranded on Christmas day!

He didnt know if he could get my phone repaired the same night but he did it in 40 mins. Amazing service theyre so polite and its always a job well done! Very grateful and happy!
