My mother had a brake job at this EAS and the brakes were either never replaced or were cheap or something because they only lasted 6 months and they made her pay 3000 dollars to fix a 15 dollar problem and a brake job done wrong when we took the wheel off the brake pads were already falling off not even fully attached and the rotor was dented and grinded up and they told my mother they wanted her to pay to get their mess up fixed saying it was not their fault she had to buy a new rotor and brake pads and had to fix and do the job ourselves they are horrible for brake jobs and a lot of other reviews were costumers with oil leaks brake problem and other problems that were not there when they brought their cars in and workers have refused to fix damages they did to costumers cars in their own parking lot this is horrible service they need to either do the right thing or stop servicing people permanently

These guys have more integrity and professionalism then any auto shop i have ever been to, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Go and try them out, once you do you won't go anywhere else.

We have been having Elite Auto Service take care of our car repairs for a year or so and the service has been top shelf. Just when I thought they couldn't do any better, my wife comes home from being up in Clinton. She had been having some issues with a tire losing air (of course I didn't know about this.) Anyway, she stopped into Elite without an appointment. They fixed her tire for her and didn't charge. Now I'm not expecting this all the time, but in this day and age tell me where in the world can you find this sort of customer service? I am blown away by the professionalism of this company and all who work there. Bravo Elite Auto Service for being above and beyond all. Thank you.
