Angie and the crew here are AMAZING!! ? Called after hours and was helped by an amazing lady. We have taken my husband’s truck here twice for repairs and Angie always calls with pricing and with a super sweet demeanor! She is so understanding and so polite!! First time here (2022 or 2023) we took the husband’s truck to another place and they didn’t tighten the Oil Sending Unit, we were losing a quart to 2 of oil each trip, took it to Schaffer’s and within a couple hours and a phone call telling me the diagnosis and cost, with $40 it was fixed. 2nd time (3/4/2026), got a call the next day with diagnosis, all parts needed, and pricing, they don’t just fix and then call with the price, they are always transparent and understanding. I would recommend anyone wanting fair and transparent pricing and a call before the fix go here and ask for Angie! Schaffers will always be number one and I’ll never trust anyone else!! We have used them a few times. We have had great interactions with this company. Several months back we had taken my hubby's car somewhere else (I wont name the place as that is not what this post is about). Gave them a list of what we wanted done that shop just did what they wanted and didn't even finish the complete tune up. Fast forward a few months and my car broke down on the interstate and they towed it and had it fixed withing 24 hours (just a simple hose). We decide to give them another try with my hubby's car. They were fast and had great customer service. They did the tune up we asked the other place to do and got my hubby's car running great for an affordable price. Just recently had to take my car back for a different issue and they were very helpful and got me fixed right up. Maybe not a quick as last time but there was significantly more wrong with it this time so the extra time seemed justified to me. I would definitely recommend them.
