Bought a 2021 Tesla Model Y Performance from Ryan in Jul/Aug of 2024. All was well at first, but he failed to follow up on the used EV credit. Pass 3 months, I reach out and he still says he's working on it... "can't get my IRS portal login information." So, I give him more time; come 6 months past my purchase, I start to push a bit harder, but by this time he tells me his has hired somebody to exclusively work on the difficulties. I gave that person an additional 3 months to no avail... she was absolutely useless... communicated with her almost on a biweekly basis again with no progress. Finally Ryan and his team ghost me altogether. So, really no different than every other scummy dealer out there. I would be very careful -- Ryan seems like a super nice, genuine guy, but is not willing to follow through on his word!

Definitely recommend! We had a great experience here. We had the air suspension deleted and replaced. They offered a great price and nobody else could compare. We worked with Tim and he kept us up to date and went above and beyond to accommodate us as we were moving states at the same time as it was being worked on. It's been several months since it was worked on and had no issues!
