We blew a tire on our camper traveling on I65 during rush hour with barely any room to pull over and impossible to try to change it ourselves due to obvious safety risks on a busy Friday. Our road side assistance wasn’t much assistance (we will address that with AllState when we get back in town next week) so no help there and every business we called was slammed with tire changes and had no availability until the very last one we could try, which was Furnish Towing & Recovery. They listened to our desperate plea for help and knew we were on a really dangerous stretch of the highway so they sent two of their best to come and save us! Thank you Furnish! They arrived within minutes and got right on it! 2 hard working fellas you sent us! I highly recommend them! They were fast to arrive, fast changing our tire in a dangerous area with little to no room at all and they were very professional all around! These 2 fellas were our hero’s today and we couldn’t have been more thankful!

My position shaft sensor went out as I was on the interstate in Memphis, almost to sellersburg to get to work at Wendy’s. It was dire I get to work or I could lose my job. Since the first phone call, they were pretty rude, I was already emotional as it is, also being heavily pregnant, I’m just trying to survive. I do apologize for not telling them I would be leaving to get to work, I had no choice though, I had to be at work to have my bills covered, and now this expense, my boyfriend picked me up real quick to drop me off then to go back and wait for the tow truck, they ended up beating him there, and no I didn’t leave my keys just incase some nut job tried to take the only transportation I got until I can get a newer car. I figured they wouldn’t have an issue towing it for me without the keys. But that seemed to be a major inconvenience as well. Somehow in the process of towing it though, my tire was completely flat when my boyfriend came home after he found the car was not there on the interstate where we left it. Now, we have to spend extra money on parts that we don’t have the money for at this time… I’m pretty disappointed with how I was treated on the phone multiple times. It felt more like I was a burden the whole time and an inconvenience rather than a customer. Unfortunately, we won’t be supporting this business anymore, especially with how much we were charged, almost double than what we have paid for in the past 6 months.
