It would be great if they had accurate information on what hours their Lebanon scrap yard is open. Evidently the only way for me to find out is drive 16 miles round trip to find out they are closed every other Thursday. You call the phone number and they don't know because it is the main office and this Lebanon facility is managed by a contractor and they have no phone number. Great business model.

I took a large load of scrap metal here and had a fantastic experience. Jacob was super helpful with unloading the metal and even provided tips on the different metal classifications. Holly handled the weighing and paperwork, and she was super polite. It was an easy process with a great payout.

Initially, it was a challenge to get into contact with them, but once that was established, things worked out efficiently. If not for that, I would have given five stars. The staff on site was excellent to work with in resolving a complicated release. None of which was their fault. Including the aforementioned being hard to reach. We were much more concerned with our family member's recovery at the time. I definitely want to express my appreciation for how hard they went to avoid making it more complicated than it already was. The Jeep did her job and saved a precious life. We wanted to give her a proper send off. Also, covering my next one in this sticker vinyl 100%. Wear your seatbelts, y'all.
