WARNING…DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! They charged $75 for a tow 5 mins away and failed to inform me in advance of a $125 fee to “look at” my car. I was charged a total of $200 and the extremely rude owner couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my car. (My diagnostic report says pending.) When I went to retrieve my car from him, he first informed me that it was possibly the transmission and he doesn’t do transmissions. When I asked why did he agree to take my car when the described problem was most likely the transmission, he responded that he couldn’t be sure until putting it on the machine. He later rudely stated that he could fix it but I wasn’t going to pay $2500 for a transmission and wanted to charge me another $300 to tow my car to a dealer 20 mins away. I feel cheated out of $200 and to top it off, he left my car’s interior extremely filthy inside.

THEY ARE THE BEST & HONEST. I drove from Chicago bcuz a co-worker recommended them & they did not disappoint. I told them about the noise I would hear anytime I hit the slightest bump or make a left hand turn. The same day I dropped my car off they called me & told me that I had a cracked control arm & gave me the price & my car was ready the next day. THANK YOU GUY'S

Terrible service. They recovered my vehicle which had been stolen. They were completely unhelpful. Disconnected phone number (they are EMT Towing Services). The gentleman I spoke with was completely condescending. Their office told me I would be better off just surrendering the vehicle to them.
