If I could give this no stars I would, the only reason why I am doing a review is because Brittany and Adam are amazing at this company and are the only reason why they're probably still surviving~!~ Brittany and Adam made the experience tolerable, they went above and beyond to help my family out in a hard situation~!~

If I could give them zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional to say the least Eddy V. Who works the front quoted me at $180 after reading over my police realease form that cost $50 to get by the way. They don’t take cards so I went to get it out of the atm and paid the $2.75 charge no problem. I come back to retrieve my vehicle ready to give him the $180. He says oh no my mistake it’s $450.00. So I ask to speak to the manager Stan. He says that it was Eddy’s error and although he could not make any adjustment in the price; if I wanted to come get the car a day late that he would still only charge me $450. Which to be clear is an ADJUSTMENT! I do not recommend them whatsoever for anything and the Gary Police Department need to look into getting a new towing service. As well as check the people who work to notify people that their stolen vehicle has been recovered. I’m beyond disgusted with this entire company and process. Do Better! You do not treat people especially customers this way. -5 stars and if you ever have to deal with them I pray to God you don’t experience half of the headache and aggravation I did. #WorstTowCompanyEver #ChicagoPoundHaveMoreUnderstanding #shameful #DOBETTER
