My car broke down in a parking garage in Chicago, and I called this towing company first. They first told me they would call me back because they needed to make sure they had the equipment available to tow me out of the garage. I didn't hear back from them, and finally called them back 30 minutes later. They estimated $1,200, and at first I thought I was screwed and had to pay that to get my car back to NWI. Nope, the second company I called did it for $340, a quarter of that price. I wouldn't recommend this company to any normal working person.

We hxtremely unpleasant experience with this company. Before coming out, they quoted $450 for the repair – which, in this industry, normally includes a call-out fee + a minimum of 2 hours labor. I agreed to this rate. When they arrived, they diagnosed the problem and said they needed to get a part to fix it. They told me it would take an additional 2 hours. I agreed. However, the final invoice was $225/hour × 4.5 hours + $165 for the part, totaling $1,177.50, with no start/end times listed and no explanation for the excessive labor hours. Even the total time on site was less than 1 hours. The rate and billing method were never disclosed beforehand – completely different from the original flat $450 we discussed. What’s worse, at the end of the job, the mechanic pulled the truck key from the ignition and threatened to tow the truck away and remove the part if we did not pay immediately. This is unacceptable behavior. I understand roadside repairs are hard work and not easy, but transparent pricing and professional conduct are basic requirements in this business. Quoting one price, not detail, and then charging another without notice, and resorting to threats, is simply wrong. and We are running a brand-new 2025 truck with full OEM chassis warranty

If you want Quality service they are the guys to call very professional an dosen’t price Gouge didn’t leave me until he new I was safe an will be taken care of …He literally spoke on my behalf for the part I needed fixed !
