Macer Towing and recovery I don’t know where to start. These guys are next level top shelf professional to start they make you feel at home. I had an emergency where my truck was disabled on the freeway they were to my location within 15 minutes with a gentleman to track the initial problem so my truck could be moved and with a semi bobtail so they should drag my trailer to the yard! Once at their yard, the gentleman, Antonio had me pull into the shop And as long as it took me to step away and use the restroom, also walk my dog when we returned. Antonio was fast at work. They allowed me to rest in my truck as a nap is good at any time when you’re over the road, Trucker and upon my awakening, I looked out and he already had all the brand new parts and most of the welding complete all in all they treated me the best I’ve ever been treated out of Shop. Everyone was professional and friendly, and my repair went to the top of the list. It seemed. They allowed me to stay the night in my truck in the shop and had my truck completed by late afternoon if I would’ve went to any other dealership, it would’ve been weeks before they could’ve got me in. I suggest going to Macer over any dealership They are hard-working and honest and they charge a fair price thank you gentleman happy holidays to you and yours and if I ever break down, I will want to come there????
