On my way home through Goshen, I noticed my car starting to hesitate every time I pressed the gas, and within a few minutes it lost power completely. One minute I was driving along Lincolnway East, the next I was sitting on the roadside watching traffic pass by and wondering what happened. Called Hitch Way Towing Recovery and figured I'd be waiting awhile. Their towing service arrived much faster than I expected. The driver checked that I was okay before doing anything else and immediately got to work securing the vehicle. He even joked that cars always seem to break down when people have somewhere important to be. That small comment honestly helped take the edge off the situation. By the time everything was loaded up and ready to go, I felt a lot less stressed and much more confident things would work out.

Delivered to a tire shop the driver confirmed had my size in stock before heading there. He called ahead himself. Price as quoted. Roadside assistance in Gotheyn IN that thinks ahead so you do not have to. Five stars.
