I got my truck stuck trying to pull my son out of the snow. Called Martins to pull us both out. I explained this when i called. They were very pleasant and said they charge $100/ hr with a minimum of $100. I said that was fine. It took them exactly 26 minutes to pull both of us out and billed me $320 for it. A complete ripoff. The woman then told me it was $100 minimum per vehicle and a $60 trip charge per vehicle. The trucks were 15 ft apart, but i got charged another $60 for that 15ft drive and the extra $100. I understand the trip charge once. I had already figured there would be one added to the $100, but not doubling my bill. That isnt integrity. I would highly recommend not using them. I was very dissappointed

They accepted our tow call from insurance company, told us the driver would be here in 40 mins. 30 mins later called and said another 30 mins. After waiting an hour they called again and said they aren’t sure how long it will be now because the driver couldn’t make it. So unprofessional. They should have released the call after the original 30 mins went by and they knew they didn’t have a driver!! We could have had another tow company here a long time ago if they would have been honest in the beginning. Very very poor company.

Nicest and most amazing people to have tow your vehicle. I was having the worst day and my insurance company was doing a horrible job finding a tow for me. I called Martin Wrecker and they were there in 15 min. Incredible customer service!
