Waterworks Rd is truck restricted. Whether local or OTR roadwork is in progress. Some may drive thru. Don’t recommend! Found out twice driving across US-224 to OH-5. Drive into town and turn on Etna Ave to CO RD 200 North. LT onto Riverfork Dr. Setup on opposite side to pull onto scale. Took me four attempts. Staff will sometimes greet you at the scale or pull onto and walk inside. Office will inspect trailer for any damage and assign you a door. Park off to side near dumpsters if awaiting door assignment. Office staff is very professional and will take care of you. Overnight Parking!

Not a bad place to pick up from at all. The location is pretty easy to get to, and there are various main State Routes to take to get here depending obviously which direction you're coming from. Myself, I came North up I-69, Exit 273 to take SR 218 West, then up SR 9, right onto W 200 N, then left onto Riverfork Dr. SR's 9 & 24 seem to be the best (and easiest) from the North and East as well. While not the biggest location, there's still a decent amount of space to move around in. As others have stated, when entering the drive, go straight onto the scale, and use Channel 5 or head into the office (clearly marked) while still on the scale to check in. Do the exact same as soon as you have a green light after being loaded/unloaded: head to the scale and then gp to the office to collect BOL. The people there were really nice, which makes a pleasant change from the usual miserable ones we can deal with. I was here for about 4hrs 30mins, but that's because the load I was picking up was loaded onto a different driver, so had to wait, but we're only human and mistakes do happen. If not for that, I would probably have only been there for about an hour, if that.

Get on scales when you arrive then walk inside . Be prepaired to wait these people are nice but they load ? ? SLOW . I was second in line and was there over 4 hours. They have no gate so i assume you could sleep here.. oh and yard it a mud pit so be ready..
