I had a bad egr on my cummins 6.7 but its in an rv so finding someone to work on it isn't as simple as you might think. So glad i was recommended Village Motors. Mike is a great guy and Bob too, and they know their stuff. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My wife and I had a problem come up on our vacation that put the brakes on our travels and it really could have been a disaster, but these guys were just the right guys at just the right time that i was able to get through the process with very little stress or concerns. They even moved a bunch of giant equipment around to fit me in their shop. I couldn't be happier with the service i received. I couldn't recommend them enough

When you jerk someone around for 3 days over getting 2 or 3 hours of labor done, leave them stranded, and cost them about THOUSANDS in revenue they find another avenue of repair! NO YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT TOW FOR THE COUNTY! A PARTS HOUSE IN THE AREA THAT IS OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK HAD THE YOKE AND CARRIER BEARING NEEDED SITTING ON A SHELF AND THIS REPAIR SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY SUNDAY! YES THIS WAS A TOTAL LAZY HOLD ME HOSTAGE BY STRANDING ME INSTEAD OF DRIVING 20 MILES TO PICK UP THE PART ON SUNDAY MORNING AND GETTING ME ROLLING AGAIN! $2,900 LOAD STRANDED. $2,200 TO PAY ANOTHER DRIVER TO TAKE IT THE LAST HALF OF THE WAY THERE. $800 LATE DELIVERY PENALTY. $500 FEE FOR CANCELLING MY NEXT LOAD THAT WAS PAYING $3800 ON 1100 MILES. $900 TO GET TOWED TO ANOTHER SHOP THAT ACTUALLY REPAIRS STUFF AND HAS A GOOD REPUTATION.... SO PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW I DON'T EVEN WANT TO DO THE MATH!!! Told you on Monday and asked several different questions. All the answers I got were "I don't know"!!!! Tuesday morning still giving me "I don't know" and no time frame! "Ok, don't worry about it" and hung up was my response. Now you are pissy that I got towed to another shop. LMAO. Sure I'll pay you your $350 to tow me 100 yards out of the shop and into a parking spot. Not happy about it at all. Just might have to send a bill myself??

These folks are great! They know what good old fashioned customer service is. I had a truck 250 miles from home that needed a fairly simple fix after hours normal shop hours. Mike stayed late to help us out and fixed the problem quickly. Thanks again, you're efforts were much appreciated.
