Took my car in a few weeks back for an oil change and had a great experience. Workers were friendly and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Also want to shout out the lovely and clean waiting area. Coffee was yummy lol. Have told several friends about this place and will definitely be back myself as well.

I have some serious concerns about the oil change I had done there a few months back. I’m very good doing the oil change every 7500 miles with full synthetic and normally do it alternating myself vs an auto care place as I let them do the tire rotations. So I know what the oil normally looks like when I change it. I just did my maintenance and the oil was pitch black. It was over a quart short as well. It’s not the engine. My truck doesn’t burn oil so normally you only have low oil and black oil if you leave it in the engine way past its life expectancy. So my belief is that it was not changed the last time I brought my truck into this place. I know what I saw come out of the truck. The other thing I had asked to do was the tire rotation. Lo and behold, the same time that loses air slowly was still in the same spot on the car :/. So I am not bringing my truck back as I have 0 trust in them at this point. You also cannot see them work. The truck was brought to the back, out of sight.

Outrageous prices. I took my vehicle there because I had a very simple piece that needed to be replaced on my shifter cable. I went there because they said they could get to it right away and I had a lot of running to do. Realistically it should have taken them 10 minutes to replace a plastic bushing. We'll they told me I had to replace the whole cable and it was a 2 hour job. They wanted $ 825!! The cables are around 60 bucks that means they are charging over 300 per hour. Thats insane! I could understand 100 per hour maybe a little more which is about where most shops are but wow way way over priced. So I said no way Ill do it myself so what did they charge me for the diagnosis that took 10 minutes? $180.00 they didnt have to drive it or look around trial and error issues it was blatant and easy to access and see. $180. Even if that is your base diag fee thats already 100 more than some other shops charge but the fact it took them less than 10 minutes and didnt have to do any actual diagnosing I couldn't believe they were still charging that. I knew the problem they didn't have to look. Just Outrageous pricing. If you want to save a few bucks visit any other auto shop. I do have to give credit that they ziptied it for me so it didnt pop off anymore. So I guess in a nutshell I paid almost 200 dollars for some zipties. They didnt have to do that but they did. So I do appreciate that given what I paid them.
