These guys are the best. If you break down in Madison don’t bother calling anyone else. My wife and I are from central Kentucky and were in Madison (my wife’s Happy Place) for a couple of nights the week of May 18th. That Thursday around 4:00pm we headed from downtown up Michigan Road when my 2010 Dodge Ram began to severely overheat. At the top of the hill we got to a safe place to pull over and raise the hood. A Good Samaritan stopped to help but it was clear the truck could go no further without risking major damage. Meanwhile my wife called several places including the local dodge dealership but they either couldn’t handle major repairs or didn’t want to be bothered late in the day. One repair place did recommend we call Bee-Rite and we are so glad we did. Lawrence at the front desk dispatched two vehicles to pick us up. Dustin, the owner, drove the van so we wouldn’t have to ride in the flatbed tow truck. Once arriving at their shop on Clifty Drive they quickly determined the water pump was history and hopefully the truck had not blown a head gasket. They ordered the water pump and included a new serpentine belt because it was it was worn and covered with coolant. They gave us estimates and scheduled the repair for the next day. They also loaned us a vehicle to get back to our downtown hotel. The next morning Lawrence called before 10:00am and said the truck had been repaired and road tested and was ready to be picked up. The total cost was less than estimated. My wife and I were so thankful to find such good, capable people in Madison should we have another vehicle breakdown.

I've been here three times and every time they've done a phenomenal job for a fair price. One time I brought the GMC in to have it looked at after the wife had a little mishap. They didn't find anything wrong and didn't charge me anything. The most recent time they replaced a thermostat, set me up with a loaner car and had it done a day and a half early. Cars been running great ever since. I won't be going anywhere else any time soon, great folks.
