Last week when it snowed I got stuck in a median that was covered by snow. I couldn’t get out and I was almost out of gas and had an important meeting to get to. I called Sandberg’s and the receptionist Joyce was so pleasant and calmed me down since I was so worried. They sent Eli out so quickly. The whole process was extremely fast. Eli even backed my car completely out of entrance I was in so I wouldn’t accidentally reverse into anymore snow. I told him I wasn’t the best at reversing out of an entrance that long and he immediately offered to help. The pricing was more affordable than I had assumed. I was able to make it to my appointment safely in enough time. Just a great experience all around.

First day of a snow storm and my vehicle was smoking. They said 45 mins for a tow and Chris K was here within 25 mins. I appreciate the prompt attention especially due to weather I’m sure they were busy today. Amazing service today thank you

Absolutely amazing towing experience. As a commercial driver I have unfortunately spent quite a bit of time behind a wrecker (?) but Marty and Tom were quick, efficient and Absolutely hilarious. Getting to talk with them and joke around while they professionally handled my tow was a great experience. Would highly recommend anyone needing a tow, regardless if it's for a semi or car. Will always make sure to call them when needed, thanks guys! (Love the trucks too)
