Best tow company around. Treated with nothing but respect and always completely professional. They always respond when you request a tow and very quickly. I have not found a tow service in this area who can respond as fast as he does and show the most respect. If you would like your car in good hands when towed professionally you need to call richard. Hes been in the tow buisness for quite awhile now.

Towed my car with it in park (all wheel drive) and with the parking brake up. Claims he has been a mechanic for years yet says that cannot cause damages. Tires now have flat spots and who knows how much damage has been done to the driveline. Now I have to waste time going through small claims court to get my money back. Absolutely do not recommend, they will not care for your vehicle and they will not take responsibility.

I have tried to give this place a few chances but I always regret it... I've had bad luck with my tires the past few months and have had to have a few tow trips. The last two times I called them before today, the phone rang for a minute and then went to voicemail, I left my name and information and they never got back to me despite the recorded message saying they'll get back to you. I called today at 5:30pm and I was told that they wouldn't be able to send a truck out to me until 7:00 p.m., so I waited until 7:00 p.m. and after not getting a call back, I called them. When I called them, the front desk person asked me "did you have a scheduled pickup?" And I told her that yes I did, I spoke with someone earlier and he told me he would be out around 7pm. The lady on the phone told me that she would try to get ahold of him and then get back with me, 30 minutes goes by and I get no call back so I call up there again and it goes to voicemail... This place is definitely unreliable from what I can tell. Thankfully one of their competitors sent a truck out to me 15 minutes after I called them, that's definitely service that this company should be trying to provide.
