I had a wonderful experience at this PEP Boys location when my car battery needed replacement. After the battery my car needed was initially not available, they were able to acquire it from a nearby auto shop so they could continue with the replacement. Adrien communicated with me clearly and transparently about costs and the wait time, and Albert also took the time to explain to me the issue with my old battery, educating me about my car and ways to prevent this issue from happening again. I really appreciated the calm demeanor and good customer service there despite my many questions. I would definitely go back to this location if I have future issues. Thank you Pep Boys!

I had got an oil change from this place and when i tell you it was the best experience it was amazing. Like i felt at home. They got everything done on time and EARLY!! Answered all extra questions i had about future repairs Brought unknown repairs i needed to my attention before and after the oil change i got Very profesional And i even got to relate to the manager there considering his old car had a similar engine like mine.
