Came in to see if they can apply smoked vinyl to my front VW emblem. The gentleman gave me a scrap piece of vivid vinyl wrap and wrapped it for me on the spot without charge. All I had to do was trim it up and slap it back on the car. Much appreciated sir!

Let me start off by saying the tint job I had done in Oct 2023 looked fantastic. I was assured that by the gentleman who runs this place that they were the best. And I went with his company and until I brought it back for an issue I was happy with the service provided. Fast forward to March 2025. I found a couple small spots in the drivers door window where the tint showed what appeared to be a bubble. I called and left a message with the issue and received a call back. Here is where the unhappiness starts. While discussing the issue I was asked if I was sure it wasn't a seat belt ding? I take a little bit of pride in my truck and those type of things don't happen. After talking to the gentleman on the phone I agreed to stop on down and have him look at it. After looking at it he stated that it might be a piece of dust or something under the tint. He then said something to the effect that no tint job is perfect and that he explains that before to his customers before hand. He did agree to redo the job but warned me if he didn't get all the glue off that the new tint might take all summer to dry. I was warned about scratches and such at the time of install. I don't recall anything about bubbles or such in the finished product. Until today I was a satisfied customer. I guess what upsets me the most was the assumption that I had possibly done something wrong before they even looked at it. It looked great when it was first done.
