Closes earlier than stated. Said they adjusted their hours to christmas eve and which is totally understandable and that's why I asked about it. I came back before those adjusted hours ended and there was no one to be seen. Why do you close before your hours are over. This happens on normal days too.

The website says they are open until 12, but there’s a person guarding the gate by 11:45 and says they are closed. I pointed out the website says they are open until 12, he told me they were tired of people waiting until the last minute. I can understand that- so say you’re closed at 11:45 so you can leave at 12.

Hey There- I am writing a review to get in touch with someone at the company. I have tried calling several times, been to the site and the person I am trying to contact you to buy materials. I'm from Australia have visited the site called at least 5 x times and I cannot get anyone to give me an email address, phone number or anything of the person I'm trying to reach. I have left several messages including in person at the scale house last week.....yes that's right its a 20 hour plus journey to this location!! I want there just to visit you, but I stopped by as I was travelling through. As a business owner myself I probably have better things to do, but I am now intrigued as to why anyone would make it this difficult to get in touch with someone. I know you don't have huge volumes of the grades we are buying, but anywhere I have travelled globally or in the US I have not found it so difficult to get in contact with the right person. Here's to a 5 x star rating and looking forward to hearing form someone soon.
