DO NOT USE THEM!!! Had my Daughter's car towed and have pictures of it before and after, showing that there was nothing wrong with her BRAND NEW tire until they towed it. We had to even ask them not to put her car sideways in the driveway (figured that would just be common sense). They refuse to make it right or even acknowledge what they did. Will never use them again, do not recommend!!!

Hey Carl, you replace the transmission in my 2016 Ford fusion SE with a new re- manufactured transmission after, what I believe, the torque converter in the old transmission was damaged. You provided sound advice on the path moving forward and what was best monetarily and mechanically best for me in my car. You then implemented this plan, taking care of me amazingly. I just wanted to say thanks again for the good service buddy. I'm very happy. I can't even feel this car changing gears from first to second. I'm basically just sliding down the road. Tell James, I said great job again, Landon as well. James and Landon both have always done a good job. So thanks again Carl for the great service. It’s always good dealing with you boys. You're a bunch of good guys. You guys always take care of me. I appreciate your help as always and thanks again for the great work form all of you guys there at Carl’s Automotive center. I have had you guys work on my cars for so many years now and will always have you work on my cars because of your great service and what amazing people you are personally. Thank you, Carl, Landon and James, you guys are the best.

I watched a tow truck diver date 2/6/2023 with 2 white cars one on the flatbed and the other one hooked to the second part of the truck. The dude hooked a front wheel drive car from the back tires and it snapped the front because it’s a front wheel drive. Then dropped it off the mount. Don’t recommend calling them to get a parked car not much effort given when they’re not being watched bad integrity?
