They rebuilt my truck transmission, my mechanic realized that one piece was missing he was going to put the transmission back in the truck. I spoke with the manager and he said the only solution was to pick up the part at the shop. Two hours traveling and my truck was down one more day because of their mistake.

Great experience! I've been here a few times and every time has been a good experience. Staff has a positive attitude and knowledge. Most recent visit had the pleasure of having Nelson place and order for an overhaul kit after we went over what actually would make more sense for the given circumstances. Very professional and again super knowledgeable.

Talk about ripping off hardworking , small owner operators truck businesses. Take you hard earned money and give your business to decent people instead. They gave a quote for a repair and double the amount just because they can once your truck is inside. No authorization from owner for additional repairs. They just do as they please. Be careful! Inv# 20294- parts were replaced without consent and when Jason told me everything that was replaced after the fact I told him clearly it was not approved by me. He simply told me that that's the way it was like it not and to pay up or I can't take the truck out. This is unacceptable . From quoting $4000 to almost $7000.
