It's frustrating to see someone who has clearly neglected their vehicle blame the tow company after getting it impounded by the police. It's even more disheartening when they turn to their parents for help instead of taking responsibility for their actions. In my experience, this tow company is one of the best in the state, not just the city. They have gone above and beyond to assist me on numerous occasions, and I believe they deserve appreciation for their excellent service.

I never leave reviews, but I needed to after my experience with A&L. I would give six stars if I could. After waiting all day for my insurance to send someone, they were unable to start or tow my car out of the garage. Joe showed up and was able to do everything in less than an hour - wish I called him sooner. The group that helped me were so nice, caring and professional. Highly recommend!!

My car was damaged in a hit and run. The JC police had it towed to A and L while I was in the hospital. When I called A and L to find out what was going on. The man whom answered the phone was very professional and understanding. He first asked how I was doing , then explained to me what was going on. After the update he told me I could come pick my car up and just to bring my driving license. I was in complete shock! I was prepared to exploded because I had no money to pay for the towing, and then for A and L to give me that incredible news bought tears to my eyes . A and L you all are a true Blessing.
