The service was very prompt. My advisor was friendly and helpful. Sterling explained all in detail and gave me peace of mind. He was very polite and gave me clear explanations about what was going on with the repair. Since he knew I didn’t have transportation to my house he paid for the Uber and I was able to get home. If I can give him 10 starts I would. Great customer service.

My son brought my Toyota corrola 2023 yesterday for the last maintenance service and when I checked inside this is what I found out , my dashcams were dismantled, unplugged, tampered with . I wasn't informed nor the service advisor that they're going to unplug those said unit. I called the service dept quinchatta if this was their policy said no and had no clue .If this was their policy then they should have send me notice thru email, txt or by phone, nothing at all been discussed about this tampering with customer personal vehicle. I was so upset that my vehicle driven home with safety features inoperable. This shop deserves no star at all. I'll be contacting BBB ...

I have been coming to Hudson Toyota for the last 25 years. I have always liked their reliable and dependable service. I appreciate that they do a complimentary 27 point inspection and let you know in advance any repair items your vehicle may require. All repair items are listed under green (good), yellow (may need attention soon) and red (repair required) color so that you don’t have any surprises. They also don’t push any repairs that are unnecessary.
