So first let me say that these guys rock - great to deal with and know their Mercedes inside and out. In tracking down a Blue GLK (which is harder than it sounds), I called these guys to confirm numbers I was hearing from an out-of-state used car dealer. They took the 15 minutes to chat with me, and ended up saving me multiple thousands from a bad purchase. So once I finally found my car, I brought it to them to get it kitted out, soup to nuts. Simon specifically took my car as his passion project, and knocked it out of the park. In addition to doing the fluids and some other minor checks, he: - Replaced a shot steering rack - Replaced front lower control arms - Installed a stealth trailer hitch - Installed a front and back bull/brush bar (with minor fabrication) - Installed a 1.2 in lift/level kit - Installed new wheels and handled alignment - Installed roof rack-mounted lights directly into the battery These guys are mechanics, not a body shop, but they turned my GLK into a labor of love and got the job done. Now I have an amazing car that is incredible in the snow, and drives like a dream. I wouldn't bring my car to anyone else, and they were super reasonable with costs and flexibility. They're my guys, and I'm only going to be using them going forward.

G&T is world-class. I recently moved to Jersey City and my car had an oil leak issue. A local dealership gave me a terrifying $5,000+ quote to change the oil pan, claiming my engine would be destroyed and that my oil pan was stripped. G&T took my car in right after a major snowstorm when everyone else refused due to snow removal. They found that the dealer’s diagnosis was completely false—my threads were perfectly intact. The dealer had even billed me for parts they didn't actually install, leaving an incorrect 15mm bolt in the car. G&T fixed everything for a fraction of the price. These guys are class. Always serviced at BM, won’t be going back. No BS, transparent from the first phone call, told me what was needed and nothing more, no surprises when I picked up. Took it in to get it looked at expecting to bring it back… told me to leave it with them and they’d have it done in hours. Rotors, breaks, oil change. 70% of what BM would charge probably less honestly. 100% recommend.
