I called JP Towing during this wonderful snow/ice event MD had and unfortunately they did not have anyone available because of the volume of calls I am sure they were getting. However, I want to shout out Tammy who I spoke with and she was so helpful - she gave me a list of other places around my area that would hopefully be able to help. She was so kind and I just want to recognize how much we appreciated it during a stressful evening :-)

Had a flat and went to tire shop by Home Depot. They fixed tire and I went on my way. Next morning tire was flat again, called the tire shop and they couldn’t help me. Called J.P. Towing to put my spare on and I was going to take tire back to shop. They showed up within 15 minutes. Tech tried t get tire off but the log nuts were so tight that they were stripped. Long story short, vehicle towed to dealership and will be couple days before I get it back. My appreciation to J P Towing. Very knowledgeable and pleasant tech. Thanks again.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. I had a guest stay over in my apartment complex on the night of 2/28/26. I gave her a parking pass to display in her front window. We wake up on 3/1/26 to find that her car had been towed. When my friend called, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, short and condescending. My friend was allowed to open her car door in order to obtain her registration. She found the parking pass laying beside her car gear shift. I’m pretty certain that it had fallen in the process of her car being towed. The employee also informed my friend that the car was towed at 4:30am. However, the driver didn’t get out of his truck to check for a visible pass. My friend has 5% tint on all of her car windows. Why wouldn’t the driver get out to check for a visible pass? There was another customer in their parking lot complaining about how they are crooks and have an active class action law suit against them. $420.00 for a wrongful towing is highway robbery!
