They made the whole process super easy. Fair, nice guys and good communicators. Definitely will be back for future car maintenance over the local Audi dealership. My mom also brings her Lexus to these guys and had similar good experiences

The team here is nice, professional, and responsive; however, I don’t feel this shop gives you the best value for your money and they’re certainly not timely for routine mx. I dropped my car off for a battery change and was ultimately told it would cost over $400 including the battery and labor. They also couldn’t have the vehicle ready until the following day. 24hrs and over $400 for a battery change is absurd and way outside industry standard. I called Advance Auto Parts and they charged me $195 for the battery, no charge for labor, and they installed in 15 min. Unless there’s some specialty service offered here that you can’t get at another auto shop, save your time and money and go elsewhere.
