Extremely poor customer service. Called and asked about a bumper that I saw on line. I asked condition of bumper and was told not Insurance quality . I said what does that mean? I asked could you put eyes on it? To explain condition. Was told no. I asked could I get the hardware for the bumper if they removed was told no. Guy said something of nature its a 150 dollars. Idc what the price is from a 1dollar to 1500 dollar a sale is a sale. But if you dont care about selling auto parts. Then close your doors.

I only have great things to say regarding my experience. My son’s car was totaled in an accident and I wound up calling them to inquire about salvage value. They were very responsive and got me a good price while helping set up the tow from the lot where it was incurring fees since the accident. These people were life savers and I even have to give a shout out to their tow company ec towing who drove my son to a bank because the tow yard wouldn’t accept a credit card and only wanted cash or cashiers check. Good people for sure. Highly recommend.

Called to attempt to place a order on parts to our shop,I just asked do they deliver to Waldorf Md first thing guy says is I’m not coming all the way out there for a $75 order. Had no idea what we were going to order from them just not the right attitude to be in the business. Lost a potential customer today
