Kevin is such an amazing guy! He is very knowledgeable in what he does and goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. We had a tow that was requested a few days in advance due to the distance and he accommodated us well with the challenges presented of towing our dead Tesla. He arrived on time and gave us a heads up call. We called around a few places before securing with him and he had the best deal for what we needed! He also has base access if that helps anyone in the future so no hassle of having to meet him at the gate or see what's needed to get him a pass. We appreciated him, will be recommending him and if needed will use him again!

Kevin himself showed up to my house well within his estimate of arrival, which is something of a rarity in the towing business it seems. He was super professional and pleasant at all times. He got the job done like he said he would, when he said he would and at a very reasonable price. Hopefully I won’t require a tow anytime soon but you can bet that if I do, Kevin will be my first call.

I set up an appointment with the wrong service center. When I called Kevin's to set up the tow, he expressed concern about the choice I made. He was 100% correct. Had I towed it to the place I originally made the appointment with, they couldn't help, and I'd have to get another tow. He gave me good advice for the sake of saving ME time and money. How cool is that. This isn't just a towing service it's is a towing concierge service! Thank you!
