Not only did they get my car passed through MD inspection but they’ve handled all major maintenance on my vehicle since then. I have never had issues with any of their work and they have always been respectful, clear, and helpful. I especially appreciate that their service comes with detailed explanation of the reason for the work as well as images of my vehicle for reference. Not only do I get a fair estimate but I understand exactly why I need it and am free to make a decision for myself. I recommend them especially to anyone with an older car who would like to keep it on the road.

First, I wish I could give them more than five stars. Dan and his team at Aspen Hill Exxon assessed my cars needs quickly and efficiently. They sent us a detailed photographic look of their evaluation which was easy to understand and detailed our needs. They worked on our car quickly and returned it to us on the same day. Last, they gave us a wide time window for drop-off and pickup which made it easy to work into our busy schedule. We highly recommend this fantastic team of professionals.

The service was done but I’d advise for someone to stay away unless you want to pay $60 to get a 2 dollar light bulb changed. I called to receive clarification on how each service is calculated and didn’t receive much clarification. Rather, I felt judged for wanting to ask why a piece was marked up 4x the price of market value. Make sure to ask for an itemized bill before approving a service and if you’re a woman, you might get ripped off. Not sure what other jobs are done here but i had a 2 connectors and some light bulbs changed for $600. Like I said, no one tried to break down the price for me when I asked. I was just told I’m probably just looking at ebay prices rather than being told how much the price of the connector actually is. From what other people told me, I was told I was ripped off and it’s upsetting since I’m a college student so I don’t make much money anyway.
