I wish this place offer online reservation for auto service. I had been here for oil changes for several times in the past. Labor charge is reasonable, best in the area, and mechanic is always cool too. But lately, it has been frustrating trying to make an appointment. Last time, I called in, gave my info, only to be told I did not have an appointment. No problem, mistake happens, was told best to be there to make an appointment. Tried to make an appointment again on 2/20/2025, went here at 7 PM, spoke to the evening cashier through window, was told repeatedly, "can't help you, call when the owner is here." Okay, no problem again, understand it was the evening hour. Went back the next day around 4 PM, walked in hoping to speak to the mechanic directly, but he must had left already, asked to make an appointment, same cashier repeated the same phases, "can't help you, called owner." Asked when the owner would be here, she said, "I don't know, can't help you." Did not even bother to offer to take my info or move from the counter to get the appointment book, guess it is not part of her job description.

My husband and I stopped to get gas, while doing so the pump said to see clerk inside in which my husband did. He came back and said that the card kept saying declined. So I went to my account and they did a pre-authorization for the full amount that was on that specific card. I contacted the bank and they said that there is nothing they can do because the merchant (shell) is holding my money. I've called several times trying to resolve this matter and the clerk and the owner keeps playing games. First they said to call on Monday that the owner will be there, I did that and then the clerk said Tuesday (today) in which I was on hold and never got an answer, when I called back the owner said that he wasn't there. My husband called they said the same thing, I called back and the clerk said the owner left for lunch, to call back around 12:30pm or call back tomorrow. All I want is for this matter to be resolved, but they are making it very difficult. I will be reporting this business to the BBB.
