Finally a repair shop I trust. I was referred to this shop and after reading the reviews I decided to give them a try after having to wait for more than a week for the dealership to even begin to address my issue. This was my 2nd visit to SB Automotive and my experience both times was very good. Chris and the team at SB Automotive were great. My vehicle needed routine maintenance for 90k miles. They did an inspection and provided photos and videos of what they found. Prices are reasonable and competitive to me. I really appreciate the great customer service and the follow up a few days later to check in on how my vehicle was doing. Would recommend this shop if you're looking for reasonable prices, exceptional customer service and no pressure to purchase services you don't need. I will be returning for maintenance in the summer.

Chris and David consistently do a wonderful job with my car and my significant other’s car. My family also brings their vehicles here for maintenance and repairs, and they have nothing but positive things to say. My significant other has a 2008 Toyota Avalon with over 250,000 miles, so finding a trustworthy shop was important to him. He brings his car to SB Automotive every 6–12 months for routine maintenance, and they have always been honest, professional, and reliable. This past week his car needed extensive repairs, and despite the amount of work, they were able to get it in and out in less than two days. The pricing was reasonable, and the quality of service was excellent. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a dependable auto shop. They also support cops and nurses, which is just another reason to come to them!
