I was using ecology services since 2018, I never had a problem with service until this past year. On three separate occasions they did not pick up the trash. When I called, the girl answering the phones was polite but would give me the run around. The last time the trash was not picked up I called and they said they would send some one out on tuesday so the trash was left out on the curb in 95 degree heat. Tuesday comes and the trash was not picked up. I called back and the girl answering the phone could not give me a reason as to why. When asked to speak to a manger she told me no. Avoid the company if you want your trash picked up on time.

We'd give zero stars if it were possible. Service used to be good but over the last year it's gotten very unreliable. Trash is supposed to be out by 7 am and I've seen the truck come through at 6 am (when it actually does bother to come) so we've learned to put it out the night before. We pay for twice weekly pickup and are getting pickup once a week most weeks and we don't get credited for missed days. I understand when there's a snowstorm but that's not the case for most of our missed days. Phone always goes to voicemail and I've gotten ONE CALL BACK for a dozen messages left. Customer service is poor. Don't waste your time or money on this company - we're switching companies as soon as our service period is up.

I cannot describe in words how I feel about the customer service this company offers. Management is horrible and try getting a hold of someone on the phone is a nightmare. On January 30th, one of their dump trucks hit my parked GMC Siearra pickup truck that was parked in my driveway. It is now March 1st, and my vehicle has not been repaired or an adjuster to look at it. I have been with this company for many years and the service and management is getting worse by the year. All I want is my trashed to be picked up on time and my vehicle repaired. I am not happy at all with their service and the way I am being ignored about the damage done to my vehicle.
