I had only great experience with Aci Auto Body shop. I own an old 2011 car and, of course, it occasionally needs some repairs. They ALWAYS tried to find less expensive alternatives (upon MY request), I even brought an estimate from another company and they saved me money. It was ALWAYS MY DECISION if I wanted not to replace a part but try to fix it first. I had large jobs, tiny jobs... and every time they were very reliable and honest. I keep coming back for additional help and every time I was satisfied with the result. They always told me if there is a delay to get a part, but there were no surprises, I was happy with communications about it. Since I will keep my car longer (THANKS to them!) I will always bring it for service at Aci Auto Body.

Wow. What can I say other than they definitely exceeded my expectations. I had to come in because some lady sideswiped my Honda Civic a couple months back, as I don’t drive the car often I didn’t feel the need to get it replaced until a friend of mine recommended them for their lower price. Definitely didn’t expect the car to come out looking as good as it did. I’m a very worrisome guy when it comes to leaving my car at shops because of bad experiences in the past, but wow, my car looks brand new again. I called on a Saturday to ask for updates and the manager Herzel answered, and told me that the car was just coming out of paint and he’d send a picture of it. I was completely shocked to see the side that got hit looked completely new! If you want top quality work, from an honest professional who will absolutely accommodate you when you have worries, without a doubt come to ACI Auto Body. You can definitely tell that they care about attention to detail, and even fixed an extra dent in the rear that wasn’t on the estimate after asking me about it, for a very small fee! Never going to another shop again after the wonderful experience I had here.

I can’t recommend ACI body shop enough! I dropped off my car to be fixed on Monday evening and it was ready to be picked up Wednesday morning. Absolutely incredible, I was speechless and prepared to be without a car for at least a week! I’m so grateful for them. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and explained everything to me so I throughly understood. 10/10!
