I love this place. Love it. Seriously. For anyone who does not think they can furnish an entire house for a respectable (TBH very inexpensive!!) price, while still looking rather expensive - THINK AGAIN! All you need is an open mind, some spending money, and some available elbow grease, and you can find some truly beautiful things. More than that, we’ve bought paint, mirrors, art, etc. We even furnished parts of our wedding with vases from here. All in all, it’s amazing here. To everyone donating, please continue to do so. We love it, and thanks!

Staff are usually helpful and friendly. Sometimes you can find good bargains. The lighting recently was replaced, so it's easy to see inside now. The location is a little difficult to find the first time since it's tucked away in a business park. It seems like the store recently got better organization, but there still are lots of bins full of random stuff which makes it difficult to shop. Inventory seems like it doesn't get turned over much, even though the storage area always has a lot of product. However, it looks like they're finally getting more product on the floor and out of storage. A lot of tradesmen and lower income individuals shop this store, so good stuff probably gets bought right away. A lot of things are incomplete, broken, or misleading. I saw some strip lights I was interested in. Turns out someone replaced old lights with new, put the old lights in the boxes for the new lights and donated the old lights. Staff didn't bother to check the lights because they were old and dirty, and the price definitely reflected brand new lights. They should go through things and throw out stuff that's just plain trash, and monitor customers better who damage, separate, unbox, etc. They get plenty of retail donations of large items - power equipment, water heaters, HVAC units, sinks - but the furniture selection is pretty poor. There are things, like bathroom fixtures, you rarely see in stock. Sometimes prices are too high, you really need to research on the spot to make sure you're getting a good deal. I've seen a lot of items priced at full retail or around 75% retail, so don't assume it's a bargain. You can also find some things like tools for better deals on Marketplace.

My husband took lawn and garden tools to donate. He was met by a very courteous worker and was directed to back the car up the ramp. He was immediately met by friendly staff to help him unload the tools. we are very happy with the entire operation.
