I don't normally write reviews. Was looking for an independent shop to make a minor repair on my car. Generally, I do my own repairs but this one required a lift. On the recommendation of my wife's co-worker, I took the car to Harper's Farm BP. While I fully expected to come away with only an appointment (they were very busy), they worked me in almost immediately. I explained what I wanted done. They gave me a very reasonable estimate to which I agreed. I let the Service Manager know that if the work took longer than anticipated, I had no problem covering the additional time. He replied with a modest "not-to-exceed" price. The work was professionally completed to my total satisfaction and well within the estimated time / price. I was in-and-out in less than an hour. There were no hidden charges or fees and no attempt to sell me additional services. My thanks to the Service Manager and the mechanics for a most pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations..
