I highly recommend Chesapeake Auto Repair. I’ve taken several of my vehicles there over the past couple of years for service and repairs, and the experience has always been fantastic—today was no exception. Jeremy and Cody at the front desk were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Their excellent customer service started with my very first phone call to schedule the appointment. It was immediately clear that they were genuinely interested in my vehicle and my concerns, not just booking another slot on the calendar. Before I even left my driveway, I already had a strong sense of “we’re on it.” That same level of service continued when I arrived for check-in. They kept me informed throughout the process and even allowed me to go into the shop to meet Chris, the technician working on my truck. That transparency meant a lot. Meeting Chris made it clear my vehicle was in skilled, capable hands, something that’s rare these days. Mechanics are often the unsung heroes working behind the scenes, and it’s refreshing to actually know who’s working on your vehicle. When I leave most auto repair shops, I find myself second-guessing whether I made the right choice. With Chesapeake Auto Repair, that’s never the case. The customer service is solid, the quality of work is solid, and the pricing is reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
