Cristian and Anibal have a vast knowledge of how to repair different types of cars and how they care about their customers, allowing them to understand where the repair process is and what to expect next. In my case, I had to deal with an insurance company, which was a hassle, but Cristian approached me and told me not to worry about anything related to my car and the insurance. He would take care of it. Even with the rental, Cristian helped me with some inquiries I had. The timing from the moment the car was delivered to C.A.R.P Auto Service (damaged) until it was completely repaired was a time that Cristian spoke with the insurance to speed up the process which at the end it worked out. The final product I received from C.A.R.P Auto Service was even better than before it was damaged. They speak Spanish if the customer needs it. I understand when you need that in certain situations they speak to you in your mother language. C.A.R.P Auto Service is a reliable and professional one to keep returning to.
