Great experience from start to finish with Matt and the team at Car Source Collision. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain the repair and insurance process step by step, which I really appreciated. My car was ready in just about a week (9 days to be exact), and when I picked it up, it looked brand new. The repairs came with a full detail, and not just an ordinary one. The car was spotless, shining inside and out. The interior felt buttery soft and refreshed. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Before and after pics attached. Thank you guys

We were unfortunately rear ended mid-December and the damage was pretty bad, even though it didn’t look like it. It was important to me to find a car shop that could fix my car back to how it was before. I wanted a car shop that has a great reputation working on BMW cars since we are planning on keeping this car for as long as possible. We came across Car Source when we were doing our research. We live in Frederick, MD but were willing to drive to a car shop that had great reviews. I called Matt and he was super helpful and answered any questions we had. Not only was Car Source quick with their repairs; they kept me in the loop every step of the way. Gave me updates on the progress and best of all they were able to use OEM parts. After they were done they even gave my car a quick detail (which they didn’t need to). I know where I will be bringing my car if I need repairs. Hopefully no more accidents but I know where I will be bringing my car. To Matt- thank you so much for everything!! You made the process super easy for me and reassured me every step of the way.
