Extremely rude black-hair lady in self checkout. The discount was incorrect on the register and I asked if she could correct it…and she rudely said, “I did. It’s correct. It’s not wrong.” I told her again that it is wrong and if you could fix it…and she said same thing…why argue with me? I then showed showed her the math, she looked at me like I’m an idiot, whispered something to her coworker that smirked at me…then she changed it. Thanks for showing 0 customer service skills in a customer central job.

Unfortunately this store is JUST FOR MILITARY PEOPLE! One of the best place for you buy things with no tax, besides that they sometimes give you a sell alert of 20% off ! You can find all kind of stuff in this store clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, iPhone, televisions, jewelry and also all the good brands! Also they have a food court very small with a Subway and Panda Express! Talking about food they have Commissary that you can make your grocery shopping with a great selection of food, vegetables, fruits and always in a great deals! The Navy Exchange is located in a great place in Annapolis and very easy to get there! You can find a gas station, yes you can get gas there also, but the price is the only thing that i don’t think is a good deal!

The Navy Exchange isn’t a department store — it’s a supply line, and every sailor or Marine worth his salt knows you’re only as good as your logistics. I walked its decks today and found them squared away. Aisles were clean, goods were lined up like troops on inspection, and the staff had the bearing of a well-trained platoon. They’ve got everything a fighting man or his family needs: uniforms pressed and ready for action, boots stout enough to cross hell itself, and even a rack of civvies sharp enough to make shore leave worth the wait. Prices are fair — the kind of fair you don’t haggle with, because the Exchange isn’t here to rob you blind; it’s here to keep you in the fight. If you’re looking for frills, find a mall. If you’re looking for solid gear, a clear-headed cashier, and the sense that someone still believes in service before self, the Navy Exchange will do. Five stars — and that’s from a man who doesn’t hand out praise unless it’s earned.
