I had my son call them about testing my battery and they told him yes they do that, so he told them he would be there in 15min. So I went here, there were two guys behind the counter, I asked one of them could someone test my battery for me. He stated that they don't do that. So I inquired about the price of one. He gladly quoted me a price but when I asked him would they install it he told me that they don't do that. No problem I gladly took my business to Auto Zone and got excellent service.

Went in the store to ask a question-there was no one in the store at the time. The lady behind the desk did not acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. Someone did come out shortly after and asked if I needed help. The interesting thing is that another person of a different nationality walked in and she was very friendly and helpful. I have stayed away from this store because of past experience but because it is close I stopped in and initially was treated like I shouldn’t be there. I will surely take my business elsewhere.

Looking at the reviews, maybe it's just me. But the vibe of this store is off, I have been involved with this store for at least 14 years. And I always hated it when I had to go there, I liked father of the store, he has passed now though. I had to go there today and there's just something not right there, like negative energy or something. I definitely will not ever go back there again. But like I said maybe it's just me.
