Why I like using this shop; they know their stuff, price things competitively, they communicate well and aren't pushy, and they do good work... and they have no problem working on my diesel vehicle. I've had my AC Compressor done there and fluid exchange on a DSG transmission, as well as a couple oil changes. Definitely recommend. 2011 VW Jetta TDI

The guys here at AutoStream in Reisterstown are good at jobs and very knowledgeable. I had no heat in my van and there mechanics were able to get the new installed in a hour or so. From the guys that handle customers to the mechanics I appreciated.

I was pleased with the work that was done. It was quick and easy. I wanted to replace rear breaks and rotors but I was told that they are still in good condition and no need to do that. I am pleased that I was not taking advantage. It was explained that my brakes are still good and no-need of replacing them.
