Awesome establishment. I replaced my DFP on my 2011 BMW X5 (diesel) here. Jack, the main mechanic I worked with, spoke with me and my dad throughout the process. He generously answered all our questions over the phone, via email, and in person. We fixed the DFP for much less than the BMW dealership, and felt like we were dealing with an honest team 100% of the time. I would recommend this place 10/10. If you need help, specifically with a diesel BMW. Don't look anywhere else and just go here. Even if it's a bit of a drive. We came up from DC and it was worth it. Thanks, team!

I was looking for the DPF for my 2011 BMW X5 xDrive35d with 129K miles in 2019. After checking at several places and BMW dealers and seeing the price tag, I decided to visit W&L Incorporated - WL-parts.com. After talking to Marcin, who explained how the DPF works and his DPF quality, I decided to purchase it and replace it in November 2019. Since then, I have made additional 30K miles. My X5 now runs like new, and DPF performs regeneration as required again. Marcin and Steve provide excellent service. They are knowledgeable and have expertise with DPF and clean diesel technology. The quality and customer service were exceptional. I would recommend them to any diesel owner who is looking to replace DPF, and wants to save money. I have another BMW 5 series diesel and will use W&L again once the DPF replacement comes up. Overall, W&L provides quality products at a great price. I drove to WL from NY after doing tons of research and concluding this was the place. Not just for diesels but really for anything mechanical. These guys are true pro's - and having them in reach is like having your own F1 team diagnosing and fixing issues. I made a few calls with Jack - who is totally utterly completely wired in on the systemic and performance angles of pretty much everything under the hood. Throwing a code for DPF, as it turns out, is whole lot more complicated. I would suggest to ANYONE before going to a dealership to find a way to check this team out first - it will save you, it will be more pleasant, and it will track down the real issues that don't necessarily show up with the code - the level of diagnostics was off the scale and I'm pretty sure you won't get this kind of go-over at the dealer. If you have anything more than garden variety tweaks that can be done locally, it's well worth the trip...grab a hotel...you will come out way ahead on dimes with a far better/deeper grasp of what was wrong and how they resolved it. The owner, Marcin, is about as pleasant as can be. The team - highly experienced, knowledgeable, and holy cow - actually interested in fixing issues. I NEVER got this level of response from a dealer. And I have tried. And to be clear, it's not just diesels they are good at - anything that fires up. Just a solid solid experience. And anyone can contact me if they need more info. CH
