I came to Dynamic Automotive from Raleigh NC during a road trip to the area. They gave me an oil change, tire rotation and hooked me up with a new battery. The service advisor, Jared, is phenomenal! He was really friendly and funny. When I wasn't sure about the battery he explained to me the importance but didn't pressure me into making a purchase. He also let me know about my front brakes - they need to be replaced soon, but it doesn't need to be replaced right now. I've been to two other shops that were high-pressure to try and get me to replace them. This location really cares about me and go above and beyond to help. I couldn't be happier with the results! The shop is very clean - bathrooms too! The whole building smells good and made me feel extremely comfortable - as a woman that's a huge deal! Thank you Dynamic Automotive team I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!!!

Have had to get work done on my jeep a few times here and can honestly say this is truly best experience I’ve had with a mechanic in all my time driving!!! Very friendly staff, detailed and speedy service, great and reliable work, incredibly transparent communication and pricing - I really felt they just went above and beyond altogether. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate and recommend them - I’ve recommended my boyfriend, parents, friends, and strangers to go to them. I will never go anywhere else - you won’t be disappointed!!
