We were very satisfied selling our car Toyota Avalon with Trust Auto and especially Dior Fayziev. My husband doesn’t speak English very well so it was very comfortable for him that Dior (Bogdan) was helping him all the process. This online company suggested next steps and everything went smoothly: 1. We make pictures of the car including panel with mileage 2. They provide estimate for price. If you are agree then: 3. Make virtual video inspection of the car with FaceTime or WhatsApp 4. Confirm or modify the price 5. They send purchase agreement via email and you read and sign it off 6. The same day before 4pm they send money to wire transfer to your checking account 7. After this stage you cannot move the car to provide them guaranty that nothing will be happening with your car. 8. You will cancel your registration and insurance 9. The transportation company pick up your car during next two days. 10. You sign the title and send it to them with prepaid printing label. All process takes couple of days. Highly recommended, it is honest online company and you don’t have any risk because you first get the money and then they pick up your car!

I went to Trust Auto looking for a new car for my son. I've never found car shopping to be enjoyable because of the typical high pressure sales tactics. David Neuberth really changed my mind. From the moment we walked in to test drive to a few days later when we got the keys to my son's Nissan Rogue, David was friendly (genuinely friendly not fake friendly) and didn't put any pressure on me. And when I told him we wanted to buy the Rogue, but would be back in a few days to get it, he didn't pressure me to buy on the spot, was very up front with the fees (they charged me the actual registration fees without jacked up dealer fees!) and he had the paperwork all ready to go when we came in to make the purchase. We were out in 20 minutes! David has truly redefined how I view car salesmen and set the bar for what I will expect in the future. Trust Auto really is a top notch business and I have no doubt I will be back when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. If you're in the market for a vehicle, you should definitely visit Trust Auto and ask for David. Truly the best car buying experience I've ever had!
