Honest, Responsive, and Highly Trustworthy I took my SV650 here for a new rear shock install, tires, and an oil change. Jeremy and the team are incredibly professional and, most importantly, honest. They were very responsive and always picked up the phone to provide updates. They are a popular shop and can get busy, so be prepared for a realistic turnaround time, but they stand by their work and their word. When the job hit some technical snags, they handled it with total integrity and made sure I was taken care of on the final invoice. It’s rare to find a shop in the DMV that you can trust this much. I'll definitely be bringing my other bikes back.

For Years I have been taking my Kawasaki Vulcan 750 to get serviced and regular maintenance at the dealer, the last time out they failed in terms of time and work, I hear about Cycles from some friends and read reviews on line. Friendly and professional! Replaced the fried clutch on my Triumph Bonneville and discovered that it also needed the clutch housing (basket) too. Completed on time, no drama and a solved problem!
