I was a loyal customer for 16yrs. When the Mechanic (Omar) parted ways with this shop the quality of service has declined. The current manager doesn't know how to run a shop. They held my SUV for a month (I have others to drive). The manager stated several times his mechanics are not showing up for work and they're lazy. Carlos is the lead mechanic that was working on my SUV.... He was never there when I stopped by!!! When I stopped past to see if my SUV ready the manager stated yes. Only for me to inspect before paying- some of the parts I purchased was still in the back of my SUV, the steering wheel was at the 7 o-clock position (while the wheels on the ground were straight). I follow up the next day theres a popping noise only for the manager to say aftermarket parts are the problem- we found that wasn't the case. While at the shop one of the mechanics removed all his tool boxes stating it aint worth working there. There was another customer complaining he failed inspection and couldn't register his car due to a vin number error on one of the mechanics part. The manager told the customer the mechanic no longer works there and he's not refunding the money.... The manager then tried to up the price from the original quote he provided me!!!! Not on my watch. Overall this business is unorganized, unprofessional, sloppy with customer service and should be avoided at all cost. If I could rate it -5 Stars I would!!!!!

BAD PEOPLE! RUN! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THEY’RE NICE - UNTIL THEY GET YOUR KEYS AND YOUR CAR! It was my first time here. I went in for a simple oil change and “Gill” for India, told me $85. I then asked him how much to also change my windshield wipers and he told me $172 for to both! I told him NO, I’ll change them myself, and we’ll just do the oil change for $85! Once they started the oil change, they came to me and took me to the car to show me a tire rod and insisted that it needed to be replaced! Hold on! I didn’t have any issues with that rod before! Other people have checked out my car recently and that was never brought up, and I only came here for an oil change! I didn’t ask them to check for issues or anything else and run my bill up! Plus, I can see where the mechanic had had his greasy hands all over it! I told them that I didn’t have that problem before and that I’m not going to worry about that. Now, the mechanic changing my oil has a nasty attitude. He doesn’t was to answer any questions I have about my oil change and transmission fluid! I won’t even look at me - but he’s working on “my” darn car! When I went to pay and leave, the owner has now jacked the bill up to $100 just for a darn oil change! He was real nasty! Yeah, now I have to worry about what else they may have done to my car to retaliate! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

This place is a waste of time. I called several days in advance and made an appointment for a state inspection. The person I spoke with on the phone was rude. The appointment was for my husband, who is working nights. He slept four hours, got up and drove to this appointment only to be told they had booked two other appointments over his and had called him to tell him. Except they did not because my husband had no missed calls. Take your business elsewhere.
