I can’t say enough good things about David from Deep Rock collision and towing. We hit a deer late at night on I-35 North near Willow River MN, and rendered our SUV un-drivable. The BP station in Willow River called Deep Rock and David was so kind and helpful with figuring out how to handle the situation, at a time when my wife and I were really shaken up. He waited until our daughter could drive the 90 min. to pick us up and then came to get our SUV when she arrived. He is such a good guy. It felt like talking to someone I’d been friends with since high school. He was a really calm and wise voice in a stressful situation. You can tell he really loves to help people in their worst times. He even met us at the shop the next day after we rented an SUV for us to transfer all of our stuff over and get to the rest of our vacation. With David you just know it’s going to be ok. He is the best living advertisement that Deep Rock Collision could possibly have. Thank you David!

I can't thank the staff at Deep Rock enough as they had help me out of a bind, when I crashed my car into the gaurd rail going south on 35 in snow. Very knowledgeable and upfront with you, they also helped me with getting the wrecked car to a junk yard when I needed it. 5/5 definitely recommend

Slid into a ditch driving home during a snow front, insurance estimated for a winch out up to 2 hours. Lo and behold, not even 20 minutes later, I see tow truck lights arriving! I was about to have a panic attack thinking I’d be stuck in the cold for that long, but Deep Rock came to my rescue! A wonderfully kind officer was following behind the truck and both gentlemen helped me winch out my civic with ease. I can’t thank them enough for their quick response and helping me get home safe and sound! ?
